Virtue of getting tears on the face

Syed Hamza Abbas Naqvi

When Hazrat Aqdas Thanvi prayed and a tear came out of his eyes, Hazrat Aqdas used to wipe it on his face. He said, "I hope that with the blessing of these tears, my face has been saved from the fire of Hell. He was also a student. Hazrat said, "If someone's face is saved and the rest of the body is not spared, then what is the use?" Hazrat replied. Aqdas narrated this story and in the time of Aurangzeb Alamgir, a minister died, a son of that minister, Thamgar, was young and very wise. The king called the child for amusement. When the child appeared, Aurangzeb Alamgira was bathing in a pond. Seeing him, he came to the bank. The child approached and greeted him. And he said, I should not pull you and put you in the water. The child smiled. Aurangzeb was surprised that the child should have been scared and he was laughing. Aurangzeb Alamgir asked why the child was laughing. He said, King. Hello, a few fingers of my hands are in your hands, why am I afraid of drowning? How can it be that you dragged me in front of your eyes and drowned me in this water? After hearing these stories, Hazrat Aqdas Thanvi said that if This child has so much confidence in holding the king's fingers, then don't we also have so much confidence in Allah's mercy that if he saves his face from the fire of hell, then he will also free his whole body from the fire of hell. Gives according to status (the religion of kings is carried by the horses of kings)

If we have good faith in Allah, the Most High, He will deal with us according to His glory.
