A historical fair organized by CSSP, NCA on 29th December 2023 in Sanghar city aimed at bringing forward and highlighting the youth. About 70% of Pakistan's population consists of youth, but even in today's era of inflation, despite being educated, every second youth is unemployed. The aim is only to empower the youth, to provide them with employment and to provide training on various topics so that the youth can be empowered. I got the opportunity to be a part of various conferences of CSSP and the same conference was held in my own city Sanghar in the name of Sanghar Youth Mela and as a volunteer part of Youth Mela after being part of Sanghar Youth Mela this one of my It was considered that as there is a large number of youth in Sanghar, there is a special need for education and training among the youth here. There is not even a single university in this city, where 63% of the population is youth, not even a single library is there, so you think, where will education, training, morals come from, where will consciousness come from? Sanghar city is the second largest district of Sindh, but why is there not even a single best opportunity for the youth? There is no dearth of talent among the youth here but they are completely unaware of what talent they have and where to use it. If children's education is revised even at the government level, surely the certificate is not less than any other. Every child has talent, enthusiasm, but there are no opportunities.
There are government schools, but in some schools there are no teachers. Even though the teachers have duties in the schools, they still do their other jobs and the schools remain schools in name only and no one is going to take action against them. And if someone talks about the system, he is either silenced, locked up in hawalat, or the matters are settled by giving bribes and drugs, and the future of the children is kept in the dark. The same general ignorance, the same rampant riots continue and the people of my city are called ignorant, while the people who make them ignorant are themselves. Where are the funds that the government allocates for educational institutions of Sindh? Why Sindh's education has not been paid attention to today? Not a single excellent university could be established in the history of Sanghar. They could not provide job opportunities for children and say that ignorance is common in Sindh. Those who eat the right of Sindh then remember Sindh as ignorance.
I am sure that my writing will make some people angry. But if the pen does not have the power to write the truth, then that pen is in the hands of a writer who does not know how to use it.
If full attention is given to the education of Sindh, especially to the education of girls, then this city is no less than any other. Those boys and girls who cannot complete their education by going outside to another city and have to leave it incomplete, for such children there should be a university in a city like Sanghar, if not more, so that they can continue their education. And the system of public schools should be improved so that children get education with modern scientific knowledge. And a perfect society came into being.
